Located along the Animas River in Hermosa Valley, JW Durango Riverside RV Park has a variety of RV sites including riverfront options and pull-through.
Durango RV Sites: Riverfront Options
Whether it’s a Riverfront Back-In site along the Animas River, or a shady Pull-Through site, we have a spot for you! We are in Hermosa Valley, just a few miles from the edge of the San Juan National Forest.
We have 73 RV Sites. All are full hookups with 30/50 amp electric.
Guests love our prime location and on-site amenities including a swimming pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), playground, dog park, Café, large deck, community firepit, game room, laundry and camp store.
When you need to stay connected, we have free low-speed WiFi throughout the park. If you need to work or stream shows, you can upgrade to high-speed WiFi for a fee.
We can accommodate up to a 45’ rig. There are a variety of site sizes in each category.
Each RV Site includes one parking spot, but some overflow parking is available. (Note: Our Super Site includes two parking spots.) We have a gravel lot off property for trailers and off-road vehicles. Please keep in mind that parking is limited. If you have additional parking needs beyond one vehicle, it must be booked beforehand. (If booking online, include information in the notes section.)
Groups & Rallies Are Welcome
Because of our central location to the area’s attractions, we are a popular spot for groups and rallies. From Fantasy Tours to family reunions, make JW Durango your home base while enjoying time together and exploring the area. Because we also offer cabins and tent sites, there are accommodations to fit everyone in your group. In addition, our deck and Café can be used for meeting space.
Discounts
We offer a 10% discount on RV Sites for active Military, veterans, first responders and Good Sam members.

Give us a call at 970-247-4499. RV Sites can be booked online or by phone during office hours. RV Site rates include 2 adults, 2 children and 1 pet. Additional person and pet fees apply. Check-in at 2pm, Check-out at 11am.First-night deposit is required at the time of booking. There is a $35 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7 days, you forfeit the deposit.
