Durango Bluegrass Meltdown

This festival has been around for a long time, and was a mix of live shows, events and jams over
several days and several venues around Durango. The event was cancelled last year, but is
scheduled to return this year. The schedule still has not been published, so I’m not certain what
might be different. However, it could be an opportunity to have a performance on the deck. The
caveat is the weather. If we are still buried in snow, we won’t be able to host any outdoor events.
I think we should prepare for something in the budget, and keep our eyes on the skies.
Marketing could still promote the event on social media because attendees might be looking for
a place to stay. If we are able to do something, we can add that to the marketing portfolio.
